Social and Emotional Learning

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is a process for helping children develop the fundamental skills for life effectiveness. SEL teaches the skills we all need to handle ourselves, our relationships, and our work, effectively and ethically. Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Competencies are used to identify and prioritize the specific attitudes, knowledge and skills that students should be able to demonstrate as a result of participating in the learning process.
