VIRTUAL OFFICE HOURS
The HTH Admissions Office is currently working virtually to support all of our prospective families’ needs during this uncertain time. We will be hosting virtual office hours in place of our weekly in-person office hours which will take place via Zoom Meeting Mondays and Thursdays from 10am-11am. You can join the meeting here. Attendees will be placed into a virtual waiting room and then helped one at a time, on a first come first served basis. Questions can always be emailed to email@example.com or via phone at 619-796-4484.
Admissions tours are only available during our admissions period and are offered twice a month at each school. Our admissions period runs October until early February each year.
We strongly recommend attending our tours as we will not be able to accommodate tour requests after our admissions period has concluded (including families who receive admission from our lottery).
- Registering for a tour: Tours are displayed in the following format: time: village – grade level
Click on the link of the tour that you are interested in attending. Once you complete the registration of the tour, you will receive a confirmation message and email when you submit your tour registration, it will include the date, time, school, and grade level. Please be sure to register for the grade level that you are interested in touring as seats are limited.
- Elementary Tours: To minimize distraction during the instructional day our elementary tours are adults only.
- School/Large Group Tours: Please do not submit requests for tours with groups larger than 3 via this website. We will not be able to accommodate for large groups during our Prospective Family tours. You may submit larger group tours by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
