Known as Ms. Rhee to her sophomore Humanities students, Victoria was born in Chicago and grew up in Orange County. She received her B.A. in Political Science from UCLA while working as an academic counselor and tutor for the student-athletes. After working as a Training Coordinator at an automotive franchise for a year and a half, Victoria received her M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from USD. As a student teacher under Margaret Egler, she fell in love with HTH’s unique mission to uplift student genius and unlock student potential through equitable, authentic, collaborative, project-based learning.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys playing competitive FPS games on her PC, teaching herself Korean, and experiencing San Diego’s plethora of delicious restaurants with friends. She also coaches boys varsity soccer for HTH/International/Media Arts, playing soccer herself in adult leagues.
