I am Michelle Babick, and I am thrilled to be working with each and every one of you as we explore the Humanities this year. This is my 10th year in education, and I could not be more excited to finally be back in my hometown of San Diego. After high school, I moved to the Bay Area to receive my bachelors in Political and Economic history at UC Berkeley. From there, I began my teaching career in New York City. My educational philosophy is rooted in developing student voice and critical thinking.
