My name is Michon Affinito (she\/her) and I’ve been a school psychologist at HTMMA since 2018. I feel so lucky to be a part of this amazing, human centered community. It is my hope to provide a safe space for students, staff, and parents to explore feelings, gather strategies, and make connections.
\nI am passionate about holistic wellbeing and view children (and everyone) as multi-dimensional beings. There is no one size fits all, and as such, we must work to understand each other and see from multiple perspectives so we can effectively grow together.<\/p>\n
I was born and raised in Reno, NV, and came to San Diego to attend University of San Diego in 2006 to continue my swimming career at their D1 program.
