Stephanie Montanarelli is from Baltimore, MD and has been living in San Diego since 2016. She has undergraduate degrees in fine art metalsmithing and art education as well as a graduate degree in teaching and learning with technology. Stephanie taught visual art for 11 years before taking 2 years off to study and work in applied behavior analysis with a focus in social skills. After completing her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification she found her way back into the school system working as an Academic Coach at High Tech Middle. This is Stephanie’s second year at HTM as the Visual Art teacher. She is currently enrolled in the HTH District Intern Bridge program where she is completing a second credential in Special Education. In her free time, Stephanie loves to travel, bike, hike, camp, workout, and spend time with her dog and partner. On the weekends you’ll probably find her at the beach.
