Let’s be honest: learning is terrifying!  Admitting you don’t know something in front of a group of peers is an extremely vulnerable thing to do.  That’s why it is essential that teachers take time to cultivate a welcoming classroom culture in which students and teachers know and trust each other.  In this group, we will focus on concrete strategies to develop a restorative classroom culture and we will learn strategies to restore culture when challenges arise.
