Our 8th grade promotion will take place on Thursday, June 12th in the High Tech Elementary gym down the street from HTMMA. Â

Student attire: Students are encouraged to wear what makes them feel comfortable and proud. In some cases, that means that students will choose to wear more formal attire, but it is not required.
What time to arrive: Students should be at HTMMA, dressed and ready to go by 9:00 am at the latest. School doors will open at 8:30 am for 8th graders only and students are welcome to come at that time as well. We will walk our students down to the promotion ceremony as an 8th grade unit around 9:15 am.

Promotion Ceremony seating: Doors will open around 9:00 for guests to enter and find seating. We recommend that each student’s family limit their guest list to 4 - 5 essential family members so that we can accommodate our whole community in the HTe Gym. Seating will be a combination of rows of chairs on the gym floor and the bleachers and the back of the building. First come, first serve.
After the Ceremony:Â Â While there is a post-ceremony reception in the HTe parking lot, students and families are welcome to commence their summer and celebrate together.
