How To Apply

Complete an application

Complete an online application for admission during our open enrollment period from October 1st to February 15th in order to be entered into the lottery for admission. HighTech High schools accept applications through an online portal called School Mint.

Get to Know Us!

We would love you to come and visit us! Either before or after you have applied. There are many opportunities to get to know HTH Schools and we encourage you to find one that works best for you. It could be monthly tours, Open House, a virtual visit or our weekly Admissions office hours. While these are totally optional, they are encouraged so that you can make an informed decision if and when you are admitted!

Check lottery results

Lottery Notification Deadline Day: March 13th, 2026.

All applicants will be notified via email and/or text message when lottery results have been posted to SchoolMint. Admitted applicants will have a minimum of 3 days to respond to the admissions offer.

In-person tours begin weekly in October

Open Enrollment Period: October 1st to February 15th

Public Lottery Date: March 2nd, 2026 at 10am
Held via Zoom. Attending is optional and results will not be shared at this time.

Lottery Results Notification Date: March 13th, 2026 after 3pm

2026-2027 School Year Admissions Process

The 2026-2027 School Year Application will be live on School Mint on October 1st at 12am. Our open enrollment period is October 1st through February 15th. Applications submitted from October 1st through February 15th will be entered into the lottery with open enrollment preferences. We will continue to accept applications after the open enrollment period concludes, but they are considered post open enrollment and not get priority in the lottery. Applications submitted after our lottery day will be automatically waitlisted and considered for future openings.

The lottery date is March 2nd, 2026 at 10am via zoom.

Results will be viewable in your School Mint accounts on March 13th sometime by 4pm. Applicants will get notification for both admission AND waiting pool placement.
