Hello! I’m Lauren Booth, and I am the school psychologist at High Tech Elementary. I grew up in Redlands, California, and first made my way to San Diego to study psychology at San Diego State University. In 2020, I returned to San Diego and went on to complete my master’s in school psychology at National University.
Before becoming a school psychologist, I worked as a behavior interventionist, supporting children and families in their homes, in the community, and at a mental health clinic. I later served as a behavior support staff at a nonpublic school for students with moderate to severe disabilities. These experiences shaped my belief that with the right supports, every child can learn, grow, and succeed—something I strive to bring to my work with students every day.
In my free time, I love camping, hiking, rockhounding, and going on adventures with my fiancé. At home, I’m happiest spending time with my mischievous cat, Rascal!
