I was born in Baltimore, went to college in South Carolina where I earned my BA in mathematics while minoring in art and theatre. I started teaching in private schools on the east coast in 1996. I moved to San Diego in 2000, so I’ve been here longer than anywhere else. If you do the math you’ll calculate that this is my 30th year of teaching and I am so glad to be doing that here at HTHCV. I currently teach 12th grade math and this year I’m teaching only calculus.
