Joe Bandini grew up outside of Boston, dreaming for years of moving to San Diego. After earning his B.A. in Business Administration at Cambridge College in 2013, he left his family, friends, and his Red Sox for a new coast and new experiences.
Joe left the financial industry in 2018 to work in education and completed his teaching credential through the HTH Teacher Center and earned his Masters Degree in Teaching Math at San Diego State University. He has experience teaching elementary, middle, and high school, including electives such as Improv Comedy Theater, and Robotics and Coding.
He is a huge baseball fan and has been the Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at HTH since 2021, and in 2024 helped lead the team to its first CIF playoff win in 8+ years. Other hobbies he enjoys include playing and watching baseball, hiking, kayaking, road-tripping in his camper van, and spending time with his friends, family, and cats.
