What can possibly be better than seeing a bunch of elementary school kids engaging in meaningful discourse around foundational mathematical principles? In this group, we will be able to critically think about and analyze all parts of the CGI structure within our classrooms. Whether it’s planning beforehand, thinking about teacher moves to push student thinking, or facilitating discourse where kids are building on one another’s ideas, we can all come together and brainstorm ways to make math more meaningful, empowering and fun for our students.Â
