Ivan De Santiago is an education professional based in San Diego, California. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English – Linguistics from San Diego State University and brings a strong foundation in language, communication, and student support to his work. Ivan began his career at High Tech High in 2020 as an academic coach, where he provided targeted academic and socio-emotional support to students. In 2022, he transitioned into the role of Site Manager, where he continues to foster a positive, student-centered school culture and lead with empathy, structure, and collaboration.

Ivan is known for his commitment to building strong relationships, supporting equitable learning environments, and helping students and staff thrive. He approaches each role with care, organization, and a steady sense of purpose.

Outside of work, Ivan enjoys staying active and creative. He can often be found exploring local parks, playing recreational sports like kickball and pickleball, or working on digital art projects. He also enjoys spending time with his dog, Milla, and relaxing with a good film—especially in the horror genre.
