Natalie Zanzucchi-Washington is proud to serve as the Dean of Students at High Tech High Mesa, where she has been supporting students, families, and staff for the past several years. With 18 years of experience in education, Natalie has worked in a range of roles, including classroom teacher, reading interventionist, instructional coach, and IB coordinator, always with a deep commitment to student wellbeing, equity, and meaningful learning.
Natalie believes schools thrive when relationships are strong and all students feel seen, valued, and empowered. She is passionate about building collaborative, inclusive communities grounded in restorative practices and high expectations. At HTHM, she works closely with students, educators, and families to cultivate a culture of belonging and growth.
Natalie is also a proud mom of three, and when she’s not on campus, you can find her cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ games or enjoying the outdoors as a family.
