Hello, everyone! I was born in Nayarit, Mexico, and was raised both there and in San Diego. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Spanish from San Diego State University. After graduating, I returned to Mexico, where I taught English as a Second Language for seven years before moving back to San Diego in 2020. This year, I earned my Single Subject Spanish Bilingual Preliminary Credential from San Diego State University. I decided to return to teaching because it is something I have always enjoyed, and I truly missed being in the classroom. In my free time, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, watching my favorite shows, gardening, running, hiking, biking, practicing yoga, trying different restaurants and traveling. Most of all, I love spending time with my family and friends.
