Hello! My name is Grace and I am, to my core, a special education teacher. Born and raised in San Diego, working with individuals with disabilities has been a huge part of my life, and it has since brought me to High Tech High. In my current role as program specialist, I support first- and second-year teachers as they grow their skills and adjust to the demands of teaching. I’m passionate about helping new educators find ways to sustain their work, promote inclusive classrooms, and take care of themselves along the way. My goal is to provide practical support and encouragement as they develop their confidence and effectiveness in the classroom.
