Natalie has spent her entire life in San Diego, growing up primarily in Chula Vista. With 35 years in the area, she is deeply rooted in the community. Natalie studied at Cal State LA, earning a BA in Liberal Studies, and obtained her Special Education teaching certificate through the High Tech High Teacher Center six years ago. Her journey at her current campus spans a decade, starting in the after-school program, then transitioning into an academic coach role, and ultimately becoming an Education Specialist.

Natalie currently serves as the 6th grade Ed Specialist and is also the Lead Ed Specialist on campus, responsible for mentoring and supporting other Ed Specialists. She is passionate about her work and loves helping students become the best versions of themselves. Outside of work, Natalie is a proud mother of two, Cienna and Gianni, who attend High Tech High. Her family enjoys traveling, camping, and exploring new places together.
