Audrey Gans is a proud HTH parent, a former teacher, Girl Scout troop leader and current business owner. She has a BA in Sociology and a Masters in Educational Administration. As a former elementary school teacher with 20 years of teaching experience in public and private schools, she is passionate about supporting HTH’s project-based learning philosophy.
Audrey is currently the PA President at HTHI and has been an active PA board member and fundraiser at multiple schools for the past 12 years. She started the Project Give campaign at HTM, the IFF campaign, and the teacher mini-grant program at HTHI. In 2019, Audrey established the Storm Booster Club to support the HTHSD Athletic program for which she launched the Storm newsletter and fundraising campaign and implemented a village-wide sports logo wear sales program.
As co-founder of the Brian Schultz Foundation, she has helped raise more than $1,000,000 toward cancer research and annual Brian Schultz scholarships for students at SDSU. Audrey is excited to leverage her knowledge of the educational sector and best practices around fundraising to accomplish the goals of the HTH Foundation.
