The goal of Movement and Mindfulness is to help students learn social-emotional skills through play. In M+M classes, students breathe, stretch, and move. They connect their breath with movement, follow yoga stories, and play movement-based games – through the lens of social-emotional learning. Following each game, students reflect and celebrate each other’s efforts.
