As an equity driven, people centered leader in education, I strongly believe that a positive school culture is the most powerful curriculum and that a strong sense of belonging forms the foundation for a learning environment where all students and educators grow, purpose deepens, and communities flourish. With over 19 years of leadership experience spanning higher education and K–12 systems, serving as the School Director at High Tech High North County since 2021 and being a member of the HTH learning community since 2018 has been an absolute honor. My vision is to help reimagine education not just as a system, but as a force for healing, liberation, and generational transformation across our learning community and beyond.
