Natalie Zanzucchi-Washington is the Director of High Tech High Mesa. With nearly two decades of experience in education, she has served as a classroom teacher, reading interventionist, instructional coach, IB coordinator, and Dean of Students. Throughout her career, she has been committed to creating schools where every student feels known, valued, and empowered to do meaningful work.

Natalie believes that strong relationships and high expectations are the foundation of transformative learning. As Director, she is dedicated to advancing High Tech High’s principles of equity, personalization, authentic work, and collaborative design while fostering a culture of belonging, curiosity, and collective responsibility.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in both English and Spanish and a Master of Arts in Peace Studies. Natalie is also a proud mom of three and feels grateful to lead a school community that has been an important part of her own family’s journey.
