Hello everyone! I was born and raised in North Carolina where I earned my bachelor’s degree in English and English Education from East Carolina University. During my first year teaching in North Carolina I taught Honors English for tenth and twelfth grade and have taught 9-12 English here in Chula Vista. I am now excited to be teaching here at High Tech High International. When I’m not working I am hanging out with my dogs, reading, writing or playing new video games that have come out. When my husband is home we like to go off and explore San Diego and see what the city has to offer!
