Paul graduated from California State University San Marcos with a degree in Social Sciences in 2015, and completed his Single-Subject teaching credential in Social Science and a Master’s in Education, Teacher Leadership, from National University in 2020. Paul has worked in an educational setting since 2015, teaching in a variety of settings and content areas. When Paul is not working, he loves to spend his time with his wife Elena, and their 2 son’s, Luca (4) and Leo (2), going to the beach or doing fun projects in the garden. Other hobbies for Paul include running, skiing, fishing, reading, podcasts, and cooking.
Paul DeFrancesco was born August 9, 1990 in Logan, Utah. While he did not live there very long, Paul has maintained a love for the mountains and cold weather. Paul developed his lifelong love of sports and not so heathy foods while living in Philadelphia, PA, before settling in Del Mar, CA, where he still resides.
Paul attended Cathedral Catholic High School, where he excelled as a multi-sport athlete. He continued his athletic career playing baseball in college, and has been coaching High School baseball in San Diego, CA since 2017. Paul will be on the coaching staff at High Tech High North County for Raptors baseball.
